Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful somatic process that allows you to experience deep healing and transform on a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical level.
Using a connected circular breathing technique in conjunction with activating chakra attuned music, the Shamanic Breathwork Process supports you to release outdated programming, unhealthy patterns, behaviors, and limiting beliefs. Through this transformative process, you experience different realms of consciousness accessing greater creativity, love, wisdom and transcendence.
Practicing a cyclical breath stimulates the limbic system, where your emotions, behaviors and memories are housed. Together we unlock emotions, traumas and energy that has been suppressed so you can feel, heal and experience true freedom from within.
What's it like? The ceremony begins by establishing safe and sacred space through various rituals while offering prayerful invocations. You lie down and focus on surrendering to your Inner Shaman, calling upon that which is most sacred and holy to you. With the heartbeat of the drum, you are invited to connect with rhythmic breathing as a chakra-attuned musical journey unfolds. As you continue to use the power of deep connected breathing, you create a natural altered dream-like state, the Ego defenses are released, and your journey begins.
Every session is different, and everyone has their own unique experience. With your consent, you may be supported throughout your journey with somatic release, Tera Mai Reiki, toning, rebirthing and comforting touch. We may also verbally coach you, although we try to be as quiet as possible so you stay fully immersed in your process.
Each journey is followed by art processing, grounding treats, and an integration circle.
